Cherry Belts

What is Chevron Conveyor Belt

A Chevron Conveyor Belt is a conveyor belt created with a patterned surface, with chevron-shaped cleats to facilitate maximum traction to the conveyed material and which may possibly slip on an inclined plane. These belts are designed to handle materials such as sand, gravel, grain, and other materials that are not in a compact form These belts are common with industries such as the mining, construction, agricultural, and the transport industries.

This is due to the flexibility of the chevron pattern that enhances the transportation even at steep inclinations of up to 40 degrees or even more while in other cases the flat conveyor belts may be difficult to use. Due to its durable construction it can be used for types that are heavy as well as light and the type of material used and angle of incline.
